Return terms depend on how each item is produced. Whatever the policy, a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrectly fulfilled order can always be reported.
Made-to-order merchandise
This item is produced for you after you order, so we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, report a problem and we will resolve it.
Stocked merchandise
